- Blueberry Overnight Oatmeal with Chia Seeds
Start your day with a Superfood Breakfast! Oats are high in protein and soluble fibre, it also gives you a boost of energy, thus, making it a perfect breakfast for kids to start their day!
- 1 cup of Oats
- Half a cup of Almond Milk
- 1 Doki Doki’s Blueberry with Acai Berry Puree or a fruit puree of your choice
- Fruits topping of your choice
Simply add the almond milk to your instant oats and chia seeds, mix it well. Add the Blueberry with Acai Berry puree in for a taste of sweetness and antioxidants and mix it again. Leave it overnight at your fridge and top it off with your favourite fruits!
The soaked chia seeds give the Overnight Oatmeal a jelly-like texture which is something enjoyable for kids.

2. Acai Energy Bites
These Acai Energy balls will be a favourite for your kids! It is not only fun to make but also taste delicious while being nutritious at the same time! A great snack in the afternoon when they are feeling hungry and need a boost of energy.
- 4 Medjool Dates
- 2 Tb of Organic Peanut Butter
- 4 Tb of Oats
- 1 Tb of Chia Seeds
- 1 Tb of Honey
- 2 Tb of Acai Powder
Blend all the ingredients until it is smooth, roll it into a ball shape and store it in the fridge for two hours!
It also helps to boost the digestive system due to the oats and improves concentration as well. The chia seeds also add crunchiness to the energy ball and provide an energy-giving fibre as well. Acai berry is also known to be a great source of antioxidant and helps to lower cholesterol!
3. Chocolate Porridge
Which kid does not enjoy chocolate? This chocolate porridge is made with raw cacao nibs, which is chocolate’s most natural form, it is packed with fibre and antioxidants. Cacao is also said to help lift your mood!
- 60gs oats
- 350ml of almond milk
- 1 Banana (Sliced)
- 2 Tbs of maple syrup
- 2 Tb of raw cacao nibs
Pour in all the ingredients into a pan on medium heat and stir well. Lower the heat after 5 mins and continue to stir it until it becomes a porridge-like consistency.
