So, instead of starting out with strong resolutions, try making your resolutions work by taking baby steps. Here are a few advices to help fulfill your goal of staying healthy and maintain it throughout!

When it comes to healthy eating, consistency is key. Instead of changing your diet all of a sudden, try to take it step by step by switching the less healthy ingredients in your food for more healthy ones.

For example, instead of ordering your usual portions of meat, sauces and veges at the Subway store, increase the portions of veges during the next visit and maybe try to reduce the sauces you put in your sandwich subsequently. Gradually, this will become a habit and your overall diet will be impacted positively!
